Customer Service / Tech Support Rep

Dynamic, team-oriented person needed for fast-paced customer service department. Computer and organizational skills needed, as well as attention to detail.

Real Pro Systems creates website system solutions for the real estate industry.

Position Information:

  • Provide users with an identified point of contact for any and all website assistance.
  • Provide users with help setting up and managing their website systems, taking change requests, and answering questions on usage.
  • Respond promptly to user requests for assistance. Directly resolve or appropriately escalate user reported problems/issues.
  • Monitor user problems to ensure prompt, satisfactory resolution of issues.
  • Train customers on how to use their website system via GoToWebinar.com
  • Monitor customer website usage and follow up with recommendations to best utilize the product for their business.

Requirements:

  • MUST have excellent computer skills (Internet, complete Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Familiarity with administrative back-end web tools.
  • Basic html knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone and by email.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Great follow-up skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Fast-paced.
  • Have good problem solving skills
  • Be honest, dependable, and hard working.
  • Minimum 3 years experience customer service experience in an office environment.

This position is full time. Position hours are 6am to 3pm. Position hours during training period (approximately 3 months) is 8am to 5pm. Full company benefits and competitive pay based on education and experience. Email resume to careers@realprosystems.com

Software Developers

We are currently seeking two smart, self-driven developers to join our team. We have a very pleasant collaborative team environment; we work hard, but also have fun at the same time.

Our development environment is ASP.NET/C# using SQL back end. We are maintaining existing applications as well as developing new applications so you should expect to do both.

Responsibilities

  • Working from functional and requirements specs, participate in the design of new implementations and write code as assigned
  • Review assigned bug reports, verify and correct issue; document appropriately
  • Participate in group code and bug reviews
  • Build unit tests as assigned
  • Manage and respond to service requests as assigned

Required Experience and Skills

  • Understanding of and commitment to mature software development processes
  • 3-5 years experience developing web applications in ASP.Net / C# environment
  • MVC experience strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of AJAX, JavaScript and XML
  • Experience working with jQuery and CSS a plus
  • Experience writing SQL queries and stored procedures a plus
  • Must be a quick learner with good problem solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a team environment as well as independently based on project
